"Alfons GILLIS Rib" from Koen VAN DE KERCKHOVE |
| step 1: cut out the airfoil in a stack of plywood (1 mm to 3 mm thick
(depending on needed rigidity)) |

| step 2: make the holes in these airfoils |

| step 3: take a plate of 12 mm thick and cut out the airfoil. Be sure
to work nice because you need all parts of this plate. |

| step 4: take the center piece and cut it 6 mm from the side. |

| step 5: voila, the mould is ready. |

| step 6: place a 6 x 12 mm wooden strip between the parts. Make sure
they already have the right length. |

| step 7: hold it together with some clamps (see on the drawing). |

| step 8: put some glue on the airfoil (from step 1 and 2), put it on
the mould with the inserted strips and use a electric "U-needle" (right
word????) gun to secure the shape during the glue hardening. |

| Voila, that's it. Lets now do the next. Koen |
