"Alfons GILLIS Rib" from Koen VAN DE KERCKHOVE

step 1: cut out the airfoil in a stack of plywood (1 mm to 3 mm thick (depending on needed rigidity))

Step1

step 2: make the holes in these airfoils

Step2

step 3: take a plate of 12 mm thick and cut out the airfoil. Be sure to work nice because you need all parts of this plate.

Step3

step 4: take the center piece and cut it 6 mm from the side.

Step4

step 5: voila, the mould is ready.

Step5

step 6: place a 6 x 12 mm wooden strip between the parts. Make sure they already have the right length.

Step6

step 7: hold it together with some clamps (see on the drawing).

Step7

step 8: put some glue on the airfoil (from step 1 and 2), put it on the mould with the inserted strips and use a electric "U-needle" (right word????) gun to secure the shape during the glue hardening.

Step8

Voila, that's it. Lets now do the next. Koen
