The Flying Flea in Artwork and Posters

 

Courtesy of Paul Pontois, an airmail stamp (featuring a Pou-du-Ciel) from Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, two islands fifteen miles south of Newfoundland which are part of the French Republic.  The size of the aircraft, while appropriate to the size of the islands, is certainly larger than the bird pictured on the stamp!
